Let's be real. No one likes to work out. It's boring, sometimes hard and I'd personally rather sit on my couch all day. But the feeling after a good work out is the best and those sore muscles are actually kind of addicting!
I started working out a few years ago when I noticed all those donuts and potato chips were sticking around. I'm not a gym person at all. I will never make the time to go to the gym nor do I know how to use any of those machines! I choose to work out at home. I also am not part of a fitness plan or anything because I found out that YouTube has a million videos to work out to!
When I first got into fitness, I looked up workout moves on Pinterest and put them together making my own routine, then I discovered PopSugar fitness on YouTube. They provide 10-15 minute work outs for everything. Some of them are very intense! These videos usually involve a few people going at different speeds so you can follow along to something you're more comfortable with.
After a little bit, I wanted to find out what else was out there and I soon discovered the cutest gal who I now follow and watch for all my work outs. She is amazing and funny and definitely keeps you going. Her name is Rebecca Louise and she is one of my favorites to watch! You can also find her on Instagram, Twitter and her YouTube channel which is where I watch her for free!
I watch two videos a day, four times a week. Totaling up to 1.5-2 hours a week. Rob and I also invested in work out equipment for our home. We have weights, yoga mats, a squat bar and an exercise ball. We use them with all our workouts and they really help with those YouTube workouts, even if the video doesn't use weights.
Since I work out at home, I don't really go all out with my workout clothing but I do like to be comfortable and able to move. Sometimes I wear pajamas haha! But one of my favorite work out clothing companies is Fabletics. They have the most breathable, flexible and comfiest clothing. I like something that will absorb sweat because sometimes it gets intense.
If you take the time and put in the effort, you really don't need a gym to work out and build muscle. When you're focused on the muscle itself (which was hard for me to learn to do) it feels amazing! These ladies that I watch on YouTube teach you how to focus and isolate the areas so you can get a much better work out. They're amazing! Give them a watch and let me know what you think. Good luck!
Assignment writing encourages the development of critical thinking skills, which are essential for success in academia and beyond. Assignments require students to analyze information, evaluate arguments, and present their own perspectives. This process stimulates higher-order thinking, enabling students to assess evidence, identify logical fallacies, and do my assignment for me well-reasoned arguments. These critical thinking skills are transferable, empowering students to approach various challenges with a discerning and analytical mindset.

I started workout during this pandemic before that I was not a fitness freak type of person. Because of my weight and my husband's consistent request to start doing an exercise I started a workout. I want to set a small fitness room in my house and for that, I need fitness gear and machines. I want to know about Christmas discount sales and coupon codes (i.e. bluefin fitness coupons) in my town LA. And I want some other fitness equipment too.
